BOAT SLIP RENTAL RULES AND GUIDELINES

Boat Slip Rental Rules and Guidelines

We have established the following general campground guidelines to help ensure your safety and enjoyment while renting a slip. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines may be asked to leave without any form of refund.

Please make sure to observe the following Rules and Guidelines.

Speed limit is 10 mph. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember… children are playing.

Please park in the designated area by the pier your boat is docked.

Please make sure to properly tie your boat up when docking in slip each time.

It is your responsibility to check on your boat to ensure it’s tied properly.

You will need to have fenders/buoys on the front and sides to protect your boat while in the slip.

Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Although you have access to your boat 24 hours a day 7 days a week we ask you to be mindful of our other guests.

Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. Please do not let your children run on the pier or get on another guest’s boat without the approval from the boat owner.

All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by adult 21 years or older.

In order to ensure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. No bike or scooter riding after dark.

Fireworks are not permitted.

Pets: Keep on leashes six foot max length. Do not leave unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately. Pets are not allowed in or near pool.

We accept all major credit cards, cash or checks with approval.

Payment is due upon reservation.

Cancellation Policy

No Shows will be charged full rental charges for time reserved.
No refunds for holiday or event cancellations.

A Voucher/Rain check may be received if:

There is a cancellation with at least 7 days advance notice. There will be a $10 cancellation fee for each Slip reserved. A voucher will be issued for the remaining balance; good for 6 months from the date of cancellation. Must stay within the 6 months, not book the reservation within 6 months.

A death or dire illness had occurred in the customer’s immediate family. There will be a $10 cancellation fee for each campsite reserved. A Voucher will be issued for the remaining balance; good for 6 months from the date of cancellation. Must stay within the 6 months, not book the reservation within 6 months.

There is a cancellation within 6 days of the arrival. The customer will forfeit 50% of their respective total and a voucher will be issued for the remaining balance, good for 6 months from the date of the cancellation.
